A medley of one of the most loved Indian desserts, Gulaab Jamun, combined with our no-bake rose-cardamom cheesecake flavored with Saffron from the Kashmir valley that gives the cheesecake a beautiful yellow tinge. Layered with vanilla and fennel sponge cake, it's also topped with bite size pieces of Gulaab Jamun, dried rose petals, pistachio crumble and graham cracker crumble flavored with cardamom. Fresh Safflower and Rose petals add the pop of color!
A take on a classic South Asian after dinner mint, Meetha Paan that literally translates to "Sweet leaf" is made with beetle leaves filled with sweet jam-like spreads and crunchy bits that leave an everlasting freshness. The coulis is a fusion of fresh local raspberries and Gulkand (Rose petal jam). It is topped with our special pistachio-fennel crumble and fresh mint leaves!
"Burfi", a fudge-like Indian dessert that can be made combining almost any flavor. Usually they are a mix of gram flour, coconut, chopped nuts and milk solids. Coconut is the most classic of all the ingredients. This is our take on the coconut burfi combined with the deliciousness of the forever humble apple pie made with the amazing Fuji apples that bring together the nuttiness of coconut and the sweet-tart flavor of citrusy Fuji apples, topped with a pistachio-almond-cashew crumble.
The traditional "Kalakand" is rich, decadent milk fudge that is spiced with cardamom. Originated in Pakistan and since has been a popular dessert in South Asia. This is our twist on the traditional Kalakand with Avocados for their rich, creamy and buttery texture and vibrant green color!
The smooth and simple Panna Cotta flavored with the richness of the Indian Alphonso Mango and Turmeric topped with a rich golden-yellow mango-saffron coulis and diced mango.
"Motichoor", literally translating to "crushed pearls" is a decadent Indian classic made of tiny pearl-like globules of gram flour, cooked in Ghee and soaked in a sugar syrup for sweetness. Our dessert is a twist of motichoor with a beautiful baked version and assembled into a colorful parfait garnished with pistachios, and rose petals
