It all started with my love for cooking and the desire to do something completely different from medicine. One day, I decided to bring my soul and roots from the Indian subcontinent and combine them into a world pastry course. We take Indian flavors of cardamom, saffron, turmeric, beetle leaves, rose and many others to create fusion desserts for your tastebuds! The intent is to create a beautiful medley of flavors.
We source the freshest of ingredients from local suppliers and use authentic ingredients from the heart of India subcontinent. We make each dessert with old fashioned techniques to ensure the highest quality. Our goal is to bring some spice into your desserts and make sure your guests have happy tastebuds !

Born and brought up in the busy city of Bombay, India, she has always been fond of flavors! Finding her way into the kitchen at a very young age to make dishes from scratch, taught her the science behind the art of cooking.
A pediatrician by profession, and having practiced globally in Russia, India and now the United States, she decided to bring her roots of Indian flavors and create amazing fusion desserts for the international palate.
She has never used a measuring spoon and all her recipes are mere judgements of flavor, spice, heat, sweetness and savory. She uses science and the chemical properties of ingredients to understand their reaction with each other and how the fusion of flavor will eventually taste.
Apart from loving her job as a pediatrician and being a self-taught pâtissière, she enjoys spending time designing web-based applications and is involved in clinical research.
We are happy to take orders up to 25 individual dessert portions with an advance notice of 3 weeks. As medicine is busy profession, we will move our schedules around to incorporate your requests.
